Summer shifting into fall abundance...

Hi Reader,

Change is in the air, literally and figuratively. The mornings are more chilly and foggy, if you're an early riser you're also noticing the sunrise happening after 6am these days, schedules are shifting especially if you are intertwined with schools, and you might be craving a return to new routines after summer travel or visitors. Whatever you are going through, the transition from summer towards fall tends to be a prominent shift; no matter how long we have been out of school there just is a feeling of change.

The changes to my personal and professional life are coming a bit later with my maternity leave starting in mid-October in preparation of the arrival of our son sometime soon after (his due date is November 5th which is also Election Day and talk about changes!!). Even so there is already much anticipation and planning ahead for these big changes.

This is also the season of harvest and abundance - our perennial gardens are full and we have so many tomatoes, apples, and pumpkins in our home garden and our CSA is even more abundant! Read on for the harvest of what I'll be offering this fall before I start my maternity leave and hibernation.

1.) Starting NEXT WEEK I will be offering a 3 week series on the Breathing Pelvis on Wednesdays (9/4, 9/11, and 9/18) from 12:05-12:50pm (think of it as the perfect lunch break). This will be online (live and recorded) and you can read more and sign up here.

2.) I will be hosting a couple of events in September, check out the community calendar here for full details and see below for the highlights:

Saturday September 7th from 10am-12noon C-Birth & Recovery: 6 Weeks & Beyond workshop at the Women's Health Resource Center, $30, pre-registration preferred through the WHRC and space is limited.

Saturday September 21st from 1-3pm Anniversary Community Enrichment Celebration in the conference room next to my office as a FREE event to have a shared grounding practice, celebrate my business turning SIX, and share gratitude for this community. RSVP here so I can get an idea of size.

3.) Work continues behind the scenes from my virtual assistant and we have updated my FREE online libraries that are now separated into 3 sections. Take a peek here or bookmark the tab for a future time; there are over 70 videos total ranging from a few minutes to full 75’ classes!

4.) Last but not least, I am looking to sublet my office space in the months I'm away, so if you or anyone you know would be interested in a well lit office space in downtown Lebanon with a new floor (~200 sq ft with a desk and room/equipment for movement), send me an email for more details! You can check out my website for pictures and details on location.

So as we continue into this season of change in our own way, I invite you to keep finding practices, places, people, or positions that ground you. Use this 5 P's of Recovery guide to help you switch from your active, alert state to a more quiet, rested state.

With gratitude, grounding, and abundance,

Erin

Hi Reader, Tomorrow is the fall equinox and I'm definitely feeling the shift as the light and leaves change, though we did get to soak up summer until the last drop with warm sun and warm temps! I hope you are savoring the abundance this season is bringing and are feeling grounded as we get to the equinox and really shift into fall. I loved this post on Instagram from Katherine May the other day and especially love the slide that says: If you would like to join a practice to support this...

Hi Reader, What a gorgeous spring we have had; the return of leaves and the blossoming of flowers and life paired with bright blue skies has really grounded me this season (and also here's to the coming rain!). I hope you are finding moments of joy and calm, or just general mindfulness, when outside. Taking time to notice the world around you and how you respond to the changing environment is such a key to an embodiment and wellness practice; even just 3 breaths of this kind of connection to...

Hi Reader, The last time I sent a full newsletter, it was the middle of winter and I was in a low spot. Life has not been all good since then, but I have felt more balanced and grounded through the ups and downs we have had. And I have been reminded over and over that I am not alone. A big thank you for your support and compassion after my last newsletter. How have you been in this transition from winter to spring? Each season and transition from one season to the next holds such energy and...
